Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Deliveries are made from Sunday to Tuesday. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at marketing@thecinemacollective.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges
Currently, we do not offer returns and/or exchanges on all Accessories products for change of mind due to hygiene safety reasons. Thank you for your understanding.
In the rare event that your order arrives defective or damaged during transit, we can offer a replacement at our expense.

Simply send us an email at info@almatshirts.com.au within 7 days of the date your order is received, along with your order number, name, address, and a photo for proof of defective or damaged. There is no need to return the defective item.

Note: While we strive to accommodate all replacement requests, a suitability assessment will be conducted on a case-by-case basis.

Returns
Refunds will only be provided in accordance with Australian Consumer Law, on defective products if it is not possible to repair or replace the goods. It may not be possible to repair or exchange products if defects are caused by misuse of the product or failure to follow the instructions provided.

Please choose carefully, as we will not refund you if you change your mind or make a wrong decision.

We will happily accept returns of full-priced merchandise, for exchange or credit, within 30 days of purchase if the product has not been worn, has not been damaged and all tags are attached, as at the time of purchase.
