Refunds, returns, and exchanges
Currently, we do not offer returns and/or exchanges on all products for change of mind due to hygiene safety reasons. Thank you for your understanding. In the rare event that your order arrives defective or damaged during transit, we can offer a replacement at our expense.
Simply send us an email at marketing@tccdarwin.com.au within 7 days of the date your order is received, along with your order number, name, address, and a photo for proof of defective or damaged. Note: While we strive to accommodate all replacement requests, a suitability assessment will be conducted on a case-by-case basis.
Returns
Refunds will only be provided in accordance with Australian Consumer Law, on defective products if it is not possible to repair or replace the goods. It may not be possible to repair or exchange products if defects are caused by misuse of the product or failure to follow the instructions provided. Please choose carefully, as we will not refund you if you change your mind or make a wrong decision.
We will happily accept returns of full-priced merchandise, for exchange or credit, within 30 days of purchase if the product has not been worn, has not been damaged and all tags are attached, as at the time of purchase.
